Terms of use

Last updated 3 November 2026

Launchcraft is a website that lets you read data from, and send transactions to, public smart contracts on the Elysium blockchain. By using it you agree to these terms.

The site is an interface

The contracts run on their own. The website shows them and helps you build transactions. We do not hold your tokens or your HYPE, cannot reverse a transaction, and cannot stop a token from trading. Anyone can also use the contracts without this site.

You are responsible for your trades

Tokens launched here are created by their creators, not by us. We do not review them, endorse them or guarantee anything about them. A locked pool means liquidity cannot be withdrawn. It does not mean a token has value, and most tokens lose value. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Each trade shows its fee, slippage and price impact before you sign. Check them. Transactions on a blockchain are final.

Creators

If you launch a token you are responsible for it: its name, image, description, links and any claims you make elsewhere. Do not use names, logos or likenesses you have no right to. Do not launch a token to mislead people. We may hide a token from discovery on this site for abuse, impersonation or legal reasons; hiding does not affect the contracts.

Fees

The platform takes 0.3% of each trade through the contracts. The rest of the fee is set by the creator and shown on the token page. See the docs.

No advice, no warranty

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. The site and contracts are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss from using them, including loss from bugs, chain outages, wallet problems, delayed data or third-party links.

Where you may not use it

You may not use Launchcraft where doing so is illegal, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for your own compliance.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use means you accept it.
